Anxiety

Feeling anxious is perfectly normal… if you go on a first date or have an interview.  However, an increased sense of worry, stress or anxiety can affect your daily functioning, can waste a lot of your head space and affect your physical well being. Do you find yourself overthinking? Overanalyzing? Have a fear of failure? Or, even have difficulty making decisions? Developing healthy coping skills and being mindful of your emotions can help decrease anxiety and get your time and mind back!

Self Esteem

Taking care of yourself should be priority #1.  However, we often put ourselves on the back burner to care for others or don't know how to care for ourselves.  Getting to know yourself is essential to increasing your self-esteem and to live life to its fullest.  What makes you happy? Individual telehealth session: $225 (45min)

Initial telehealth session: $225 (60mins)

TALKSMITH, Smith Creative Arts Therapy is fee for service and not part of any insurance panels, though services “may” be covered as an out of network benefit. Check with your insurance provider.
